Our story begins in Miami, in the kitchen of a founder who has built restaurants, cafés, and hospitality concepts for more than 20 years. Someone who has launched cafes, designed menus, curated wine lists, and shaped experiences that people lined up for. Someone obsessed with flavor, aesthetics, and creating concepts that just work.

But there was one problem:
Great food at home still felt out of reach for most people.
